Treat the fight as already being a man down and just focus on killing the hag. The pot is a trap, as soon as someone’s out, another person goes right in, and she heals so diverting your attention to free them basically is just a waste of time. Personally, I’d say build a team that specializes in hitting positions 3 and 4 (with some front line abilities to get you through the actual dungeon part) where your position 3/4 person doesn’t care so much about where they are (highwayman and grace robber are great for this, same with hellion).
